Daniel has always been actively involved in sports and fitness. Starting with such passions such as track and field athletics, then moving into martial arts since the age of 16. He has largely focused on Shinkyokushin karate (a full contact style of karate) since then, and now edging out into other martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
It was always his interest and wanting to know what is the best way to train. Trying many different styles of training and types of movement, he came to the realization that there are only movement principles, which can be applied to any sport or situation. Through his own struggles of injury and poor recovery, he made it his mission to study and pursue optimal health and vitality, as these are the pillars for any high-level athletic performance, and just feeling good in general!
This led him on the pursuit of studying a Bachelor of Exercise Science at the University of Wollongong, and then following it up with a Diploma of Remedial Massage at Tafe NSW. Combining this knowledge of formal education with the physical, mental and emotional demands of high level competition, allows him to help the person at any level of their journey.
